Directions to 37 Spencer St., Lebanon, NH
We are conveniently located at 37 Spencer Street, just down the road from the CCBA in Lebanon, NH. There is plenty of free parking.
To find us, get off I-89, Exit 18 and head towards historic Lebanon.
At the T, turn left.
Go to the green in Lebanon, bear left (post office and library will be on your right), continue straight ahead. The Gulf gas station will be on your left and a professional building on your right.
The road takes a jog to the right (Lebanon Senior center is on your left) and then a jog to the left heading straight towards the CCBA. (The Northern Rail Trail is on your right).
As you face the CCBA, take a right (Spencer Street). Emerson Place Apartments will be on your left. We are the next driveway on your left. We are across from Daniels Moving and Storage.
Directions To 15 Town West Road, Plymouth, NH 03264
From I-93 take exit 26 and stay on Route 25. We are on the left hand side of the road located in the Pain Care Clinic. As you head towards Walmart you will pass Hannafords, Harris Furniture, and Kirk's Automotive. We are the next left turn (across from Shell). Signs on the front include Plymouth Travel, Feet First, Guraranty Bank, etc. As you turn left, take the immediate next left into the parking lot. We are in the building to the right.
From the rotary, head past Wallmart, go past the light of Boulder Point, past Village Square, the electric company and take a right at Meridith Ford. Take the first left. Our clinic is in the Pain Care building on your right.
